1.0 Objective : This SOP defines a procedure for the cleaning & maintenance for Air-Compressor.. 

2.0 Scope : This SOP applies to the operating staff.

3.0 Responsibility : Production Chemist  to ensure that the procedure is followed.

4.0 Materials & Equipment : 

 Air-compressor

5.0 Procedure :

5.1 Clean outer body with cloth moistened with soap solution.

5.2 Check the gear box.

5.3 Check the belt and replace if necessary.

5.4 Check electrical connections and repair if necessary.
