STP FOR SECURITY STICKERS

 

STANDARD TESTING PROCEDURE FOR SECURITY STICKERS

 

1.0     Objective: The purpose of this STP is to ensure the compliance of quality of security stickers.

2.0   Scope: To establish the standard testing procedure of security stickers in Pharmaceuticals.

3.0         Procedure:

3.1 Description: Security Sticker with Bar Code. 

3.2 Length: Measure the length of security sticker by scale. Obtained value should be within limit as per specification

3.3 Width: Measure the width of security sticker by vernier caliper at 10 points. Obtained average value should be within limit as per specification.

3.4 Bar Code: Bar code should be in the form of DD/MM/YY/Quantity.

3.5 GSM Without release paper: Take 10 x 10 cm of security sticker and, weigh it. The weight of security stickers divide by length and width of sticker. The obtained value should be within limit as per specification.

3.6 Printing Matter: Check the over printing of 10 Stickers individually. It should meet as per the specimens. Colour shade check as per approved artwork.
